We partner with more than 100 organizations throughout the country that work to improve urban education. Our Partners include school districts, governmental agencies, charter schools, non-profits and other organizations. Education Pioneers supplies our Partners with great people for critical projects and full-time employment.
We recruit top graduate school students in business, law, policy and education from schools like Harvard, UNC Chapel Hill, Northwestern and UC Berkeley for our selective Fellowship Program.

Summer Graduate Program
Education Pioneers’ Summer Graduate School Fellowship Program places select graduate school students (Fellows) with Partner organizations to work full time for 10 weeks to complete a high-impact project.
The program grooms fellows to become future leaders in the field of education through high-level work experience, training on complex urban education issues and collaboration with local industry experts and a cohort of peers from a variety of backgrounds.
Our partners benefit from the focused work of high caliber talent on their important projects.
Education Pioneers: a Full-Time Staffing Resource
Throughout the year, we help our Partner organizations fill their important full-time positions with our outstanding network of Alumni. Partners can access our database of job-seeking Alumni, post jobs to our Alumni network and access the Education Pioneers local and national teams for information and support.
We work to ensure our Alumni remain in rewarding careers in education. As a Partner, you have access to this valuable hiring resource.
