April Zhang is the Manger of Talent Acquisition, focusing on recruiting and facilitating the candidate experience for EP’s Fellowship programs.
April’s passion for EP derives from her work’s ultimate impact on children and her belief that all students deserve and are entitled to high-quality education with diverse representation in school faculty and staff. Prior to joining EP, April worked as an independent consultant, specializing in recruitment and selection projects in the education sphere.
April graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, minoring in Psychology. In her free time, April enjoys tending to her plant collection, aquariums, and fur children.
