Havens Kon is the Director of Partnerships based out of the Greater Boston area, where she is responsible for strengthening the quality of EP Fellows’ experiences within the onboarding process, while also leading high performing cross-functional teams to work toward our goal of efficient and transparent experiences for all stakeholders.
Havens came to EP because she believes in the power of young professionals to make a positive impact in the field of education. Before EP, she served for nine years at City Year in recruitment and admissions and marketing and communications, promoting the opportunity for young, idealistic, impact-driven individuals to make a difference with students across the country.
Havens graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in Human Development, and received a Master’s degree in Social Work from Boston College. She lives with her husband and two little girls, Ivy and Lennox. Havens is regularly plotting international trips, planning parties, and bonding with her neighbors while walking her dog Rigby.
