Kate Morlock is the Partnerships Manager based out of Chicago where she focuses on supporting our partners’ critical work and collaboration with Education Pioneers.
Kate joined EP due to her passion for creating an equitable, inclusive education experience for all students. She is excited to be a part of an organization which develops future leaders in the education space and to see the impact of the next class of EP Fellows.
Prior to joining EP, Kate started the first few years of her nonprofit career working with youth development and national service programs. She served in AmeriCorps for two years at United Way in Missouri and in Central Florida, helping to manage service learning and school volunteer programming. Most recently, she worked in talent acquisition for multiple education-based nonprofits, working to recruit and support aspiring educators across the country as they enter their first classroom.
Kate earned her BA in public policy and administration from the University of Missouri St. Louis. She then graduated with her MS in human resources management and a certification in business management from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida.
