Being the Leader Kids & Communities Need

July 8, 2020, 3:00pm to 4:30pm
ET

Maggie Bove-LaMonica, 2007 EP Alum and Hermosa Beach City School District Board Member, convenes a conversation between EP Alumni education leaders on how they’re grappling with the challenges of re-opening schools amid the COVID-19 pandemic, what it means to be equity-focused and anti-racist leaders, and their thoughts on creating safety in schools for all students. They’ll also discuss how to make the policies of the Black Lives Matter movement a reality in schools.

Join us for a panel discussion, moderated by Education Pioneers CEO, Melissa Wu, as EP Alumni leaders share their insight and how they're hoping to meet the future leadership challenges up ahead.
