Madiha Abbasi is an Impact Fellow, Special Projects based out of Boston, MA, where her focus is on special projects in data systems and providing project management capacity. Previously Madiha served two terms as an AmeriCorps Member at the largest non-profit in the state, as a Program Manager. She also has experience working for advocacy groups and advocating for immigrants and low-income students.

Madiha is excited to gain this opportunity to join Education Pioneers as an Impact fellow and enjoys the deeply rewarding work in data systems, project management, and creating impact for students across the nation. Currently she is focusing on providing support to launch a new fellowship project for Education Pioneers and to enhance the organization’s data measures implementation.

Prior to joining Education Pioneers, Madiha moved to Boston from her hometown, Houston, TX. She has attended law school and interned for a Federal District Judge. She has a bachelor’s in Business and Political Science from Houston Baptist University. Outside of work, Madiha enjoys cooking South Asian and Italian cuisine dishes, taking walks with her husband, and traveling.
