Education Pioneers (EP) was founded in 2003 knowing that our current systems were failing to fully unlock the potential of young people, especially those furthest from opportunity. We continue to believe that systems transformation is not just possible, it is non-negotiable.

Today, I’m proud to share EP’s 2023 Annual Report, which reflects on our last 20 years as an organization and celebrates our 63 Fellows who together in 2023 reached 4.5 million students – alongside our nationwide Alumni network of over 4,600 leaders who reached millions more students.
