Progress doesn’t happen in isolation—it happens when talented, strategic leaders connect across communities, sectors, and systems to drive meaningful impact, together. Especially now, EP is a vital entry point for highly skilled talent to enter and advance in the education sector, building the field’s leadership capacity to tackle increasingly complex and adaptive challenges. 

Today, I’m proud to share EP’s 2024 Annual Report, which celebrates our 83 Fellows this year  – as well as our nationwide Alumni network of 4,700+ leaders who, together with EP Fellows, reached more than 12 million students. I hope their stories inspire you.

EP remains unique in size, scope, and focus – the largest of very few national talent pipelines focused on critical leaders outside of the classroom. Our work would not be possible without your belief in our mission and your ongoing support.
