Meaningful, lasting change in education has always depended on leaders willing to take on the complex, behind-the-scenes work that keeps schools and systems moving. Education Pioneers (EP) exists to cultivate and support those leaders. As one of the few remaining pathways into non-instructional leadership roles in education, we help talented professionals step into key positions where operational, data, strategic, and programmatic decisions take shape — and where stronger student outcomes begin.

I am proud to share our 2025 Annual Report, which highlights this community’s leadership in action. From the year’s 74 Summer and Impact Fellows to a nationwide network of more than 4,800 Alumni, EP leaders are advancing essential work across public education. We also recognize more than 1,000 partner organizations that have hosted Fellows, strengthening the processes, tools, and teams that education systems and organizations rely on to serve students effectively.
