Beth Clymer is the Chief Financial Officer of Jobcase, Inc., a social platform empowering workers to lead better, more meaningful work lives. Prior to joining Jobcase, Beth spent a decade at Bain Capital Private Equity, focused mainly on high-growth consumer and retail investments, including Bob’s Discount Furniture, Burlington Stores, and Canada Goose. Before Bain Capital Private Equity, Beth was a consultant at the Parthenon Group, a Boston-based business strategy and consulting firm now owned by accounting firm Ernst & Young LLP. Beth holds an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School and a BSE in Operations Research and Financial Engineering from Princeton University. Beth and her husband are parents of two spirited daughters and are active philanthropists in the Boston area and beyond.
