Charlotte Jackson is the Director of Recruitment and Admissions based out of a home office in Philadelphia, where she leads the strategy and execution of recruitment and admissions processes for Education Pioneers Summer and Impact Fellowship programs.
Charlotte joins EP with over ten years of experience working in the talent and recruitment space in education non-profits. Most recently, she served as Senior Director of Talent and Recruitment with BES, a national leadership development organization that identifies and trains leaders to transform educational opportunities in their communities. In this role, Charlotte led recruitment and selection efforts for the BES Fellowship, a four-year program that supports entrepreneurial leaders to design and found new charter schools, as well as executive leadership searches and internal hiring. Charlotte joined EP because she believes that all students deserve access to an excellent and equitable public education, and strong and effective leadership is a key lever to ensuring high-quality educational opportunities for all students. Charlotte holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Economics from the University of Georgia and a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Georgia Institute of Technology. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, three kids, and dog, as well as traveling, cooking, and enjoying time outdoors.
