Courtney Handle is a Manager of Partnerships based out of Anaheim, California, where she supports efforts to identify, cultivate, and steward partners for EP’s Impact Fellowship.
Courtney is passionate about EP’s mission and deeply committed to driving positive change in education equity and excellence. She believes that education is not just a pathway to knowledge, but a foundation for a fair and just society. Prior to EP, Courtney spent more than five years in higher education as an Assistant Director of Outreach contributing to enrollment growth, securing academic partnerships, and outreach planning and strategy. Prior to that, she excelled in sales and business development roles within talent acquisition and supplemental K-12 education. She brings with her an interest and previous success in operationalizing smooth processes for stakeholders.
Courtney graduated from Queens College with a degree in psychology and received a master’s in public administration from Baruch College. Courtney is a native New Yorker who enjoys hiking and outdoor activities, exploring new places, and spending time with family and friends.
