Daisy joined Education Pioneers because she believes that children, regardless of their background, are entitled to an excellent education that empowers them socially, emotionally, and academically to face the challenges presented in whatever career or life path they decide to pursue. She believes that placing great talent in education leadership positions is one important aspect to achieving high-quality education for all children.
Previously, Daisy worked in several capacities in the education sector, including teaching and recruiting. Daisy graduated from the University of Chicago with a degree in history, and received a master’s in childhood education from Hunter’s College.
