Haley Mathews-Rosenberger is the Manager of Development based out of a home office in Memphis, Tennessee. In her role, she works on the Development team to ensure the organization has growing, healthy, and sustainable external relationships.
An Education Pioneers Alumna, Haley joined the EP team following her Impact Fellowship and subsequent full-time role at ALLMemphis. There, she worked to create and execute systems for partner cultivation and organizational development and sustainability. A Teach For America – Memphis alumna, Haley taught third grade reading for four years prior to her fellowship. Through these experiences, Haley has learned firsthand that exceptional leaders can achieve transformational change, and she is proud to be a part of EP’s work in providing diverse and representative talent pipelines to the education sector.
Haley graduated cum laude from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in political science. Outside of work, Haley enjoys cooking, gardening, visiting her favorite Memphis haunts, and discovering new ones!
