Jasmine Ferguson is a seasoned strategist with over nine years of experience of driving impact in education, youth development, and nonprofit/philanthropic consulting. As the Director of Local Impact at Education Pioneers (EP), she spearheads the organization’s efforts to deepen its presence and influence in core regions, shaping strategies that foster community-driven change.
Before joining EP, Jasmine was a consultant at The Bridgespan Group, where she supported strategic initiatives in the nonprofit sector. Jasmine also served as a Senior Operations and Compliance Associate at Rocketship Public Schools in Redwood City, CA, where she was placed as a 2020-21 EP Impact Fellow. Prior to this, she created and managed programs at After School Matters and led the expansion of partnerships for the Schuler Scholar Program in the Chicago Metro Area and Wisconsin.
Jasmine holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where she was honored as a Neubauer Civic Scholar and served as the Booth Education Board Chair. She earned her Bachelor’s in Public Policy Analysis from Pomona College.
Jasmine recently settled in Austin, TX. Outside of work, she loves exploring the vibrant food, hiking, and music scene with her fiancé.
