  • Develop and execute project plan to launch a newly branded organization website on time and on budget

  • Interface with and manage relationship with external design agency and developers

  • Engage internal team members and stakeholders to gather feedback on design and develop multimedia content 

Public School District Teacher Support Program Manager
  • Design new teacher induction programs to increase teacher effectiveness and preparedness

  • Develop teacher intranet so new teachers can access same onboarding and curriculum resources

  • Coordinate district-wide adoption of induction activities to strengthen district’s ability to support and grow teachers

ELDRIN DEAS

EP Alumnus, 2013

FELLOWSHIP LOCATION: Hartford

CURRENT IMPACT: As an education consultant, Eldrin has led the development and analysis of programs and turnaround initiatives for three Connecticut school districts, helped craft an action plan for the city of Durham to improve education outcomes for more than 28,000 typically underserved students of color, and more!

CHRISTIE IMHOLT

EP Alumna, 2015

FELLOWSHIP LOCATION: Denver

PROJECT: As an EP Fellow, Christie served as a program manager for Teacher Leadership & Career Pathways at DPS, where she helped schools strengthen their ability to support and grow their teachers. She worked with schools to customize the model to best fit their culture and needs. Christie remains in this role and continues to lead the work for 115 schools.

EP focuses on recruiting and placing Fellows in four key priority experience areas: data and analysisstrategy and planningoperations, and program and project management. While EP does match Fellows with select roles in human resources, finance, marketing and communications, and other functions, we focus our efforts on our priority areas.
