EP Impact Fellowship
We are seeking partners for the 2022-2023 EP Impact Fellowship.
The EP Impact Fellowship is a 10-month program that gives education organizations access high-potential leaders, gain critical analytic and project management capacity to accelerate their work, and help ensure the strength of the education sector now and for the future Hiring a 10-month Fellow gives you the option to pursue a new initiative or preview a future employee – without the commitment, cost, or logistics of a full-time hire.
Impact Fellows typically bring 3+ years of professional experience.
EP’s partnership fee ($10,500) covers the cost of recruiting high-potential talent and providing professional development. The stipend to EP Impact Fellows is $58,000 ($70,000 annualized) plus health benefits.

EP Summer Fellowship
After pausing the Summer Fellowship during COVID, the EP Summer Fellowship is returning exclusively to Chicago, Illinois in 2022. The EP Summer Fellowship is a 10-week program that gives education organizations access to high-potential leaders who can provide dedicated strategy, operations, project management, or data capacity to a clearly defined project over the summer.
Summer Fellows typically bring 3+ years of professional experience and/or are currently enrolled in graduate-level studies.
EP’s partnership fee ($3,500) covers the cost of recruiting high-potential talent and providing professional development. The stipend to EP Summer Fellows is $7,200.
