2018 was a momentous year for EP. Beyond EP’s first CEO transition, our milestones included some big ones: starting in January with the launch of our newest program, the Impact Fellowship, and continuing with celebrations of our 15th anniversary and growth of our network to 4,000+ Pioneers this summer. I’m incredibly proud of the progress we made as an organization this year.

Ten months ago, we announced the newest EP Fellowship program: the Impact Fellowship , a leadership development program targeted at exceptional data analysts and strategic project managers. This fall, we’re thrilled to welcome 45 Impact Fellows across the country, who all began their local programming in October. Over the next 10 months, Impact Fellows will be leading critical complex projects at their placements with local education organizations. Alongside their cohorts, they’ll build their understanding of the K-12 education system at the national and local levels, and they’ll be exposed...
